With the PT-D10000 and PT-DW10000 series Panasonic consequently follows the concept of their 3 Chip DLP projectors for highest demand. With the newly developed 4 lamp system this projector gives the ultimate in light output flexibilitly and reliability. Though it keeps easy to carry with only 32 kg of weight. Of course the full range of ET-D75 lenses can be reused in these machines. With the new liquid cooling structure it is now possible to operate the projector with an external temperature of 45°C. The newly developed filter cleaning robot enables the unit to be used for approximately 2.000 hours without cleaning the filter. A webbased control system allows the observation of several installed machines from only one place. Many increasments in the picture output were done: a Dynamic Iris for an increased contrast, a 10 Bit picture processing with 3D colour reproduction for more natural and lively images, progressive cinema scan and a dynamic sharpness control.
