The Elusive Camel
Challenge
The Elusive Camel chain of public houses located in Central London required
a complete audio visual overhaul, as they were the highly competitive entertainment industry.
They needed comprehensive audio visual solutions for five venues, including three large public houses
and two nightclubs. As the systems were to be operated by busy staff members, it was important
that all control equipment was easy to use and allowed customers to watch and listen to multiple
sources anywhere in the building.
Solution
PPAV Limited designed an audiovisual system that took into account both
the pub and club environment but also the hectic schedules of the bar staff.
A system was designed that could be controlled from both the main bar area
and the manager's office, giving the staff complete control over all aspects of the system.
A uniform system was installed in all locations to ensure that dedicated
engineers covered maintenance and support across the whole project.
This included the following:

- Central control system located at managers office and bar

- DVD & VCR Replay
- PC based music jukebox
- Zoned audio and video capabilities
